Project Manna is a place to find peace, encouragement, and a sense of purpose and self worth. We offer our smallholding to those who need support to help to change or rebuild their lives for a variety of reasons. We are tucked away in the beautiful New Forest, yet accessible to local villages and towns in Hampshire, Dorset and Wiltshire. The team at Manna have a heart for reaching out into the community to those who are often marginalised or isolated by society. Our aim is to help people grow and thrive in an environment that is safe, natural and offers all sorts of creative opportunities.

Manna is based on a 5 acre smallholding. The Avon river runs through it and the banks are bordered by peaceful wooded areas. We farm the land using regenerative practices with the aim of restoring and building upon soil health, increasing biodiversity, and building resilience in the land to cope with the changing weather patterns. These farming methods include companion planting and crop rotation, organic soil improvements, efficient composting, and the utilisation of natural plant feeds instead of chemically based fertilisers and pesticides. We recognise the benefits that both horticulture and animal care can bring to us all, and farming in this way brings great opportunity for learning and valuing the natural world. Manna is a Christian run project, led by people who have a heart for justice and a deep desire to help create lasting change and transformation in peoples lives. So as we act as responsible stewards of the land, we see this mirroring the care and value we place on human lives.
